Refund and Exchange Policy

We like to keep things simple here at Huel, so you can return any of our products within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

If you’d like to get in touch with us about returning your Huel, please log into your account area and click the returns sections on the left hand side to submit your form. From there a member of our Customer Experience team will be in touch with you.

What to do when you receive faulty item:

We are really sorry that you have received a faulty item. Similarly to any other returns, please contact us on so that we can assist you.


    To be eligible for a refund, your Huelwear items must be UNUSED, RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN THE SAME CONDITION that you received it.

    How do I return my Huelwear items?

    • Log into your Huel Account and select ‘Returns’. Not got an account? Click this link here.
    • Enter your Order Number / ID.
    • Then enter your Postcode / Email / Phone No. *Please note, these details must match the details given to us when you purchased your item.
    • Select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Click ‘Submit’ to confirm your return.
    • Please follow the link to the Yamato courier service where you will be able to arrange the collection of your item.
    • You will receive an email confirmation that your refund has been processed.


    Can I exchange my items?

    For Huelwear exchanges, if you find that the size or colour of your item isn’t right for you then you can request an exchange. At this time, you are only able to exchange for something of the same value, a member of our team may contact you if we need to discuss your request.

    Follow the instructions above to exchange your item. Just make sure to select ‘Exchange’ rather than ‘Return’.

    • Huelwear exchanges include changes for a different size or colour.
    • The exchange will be processed only once the original purchase has been collected and scanned by our courier Yamato.

    Cancelling orders

    We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means you order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund.

    Refusing delivery

    In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery or it is unclaimed from a pick up shop, you will be held responsible for the cost of returning the package to Huel. Furthermore, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred by your order during transit back to us.

    Returns handling fee

    When your return is back with us you will be refunded the value of your order, minus admin and processing fees. The average admin and processing fee is JPY 2,500 however additional charges will be applied depending on order size and delivery address. These fees are calculated upon return of your order. We make no profit on this - this is what we are charged by our couriers to send and retrieve your parcel.
