Single orders We will dispatch orders as soon as possible and normally delivered to customers within 2 business days. Subscription orders We dispatch orders on the dates or intervals specified by customers. We notify customers of the upcoming subscription orders 3 calendar days before we process and customers are entitled to cancel the subscription at any time (except when the subscription order is already dispatched. In this case cancellation applies from next subscription orders). |
